Technical Department is staffed 24 hours a day, 7 days a
week, 365 days a year. All technical support inquiries
and requests must be submitted through the
helpdesk.
We
monitor your server, 24x7x365 in 5 minute intervals. If
the monitoring system detects your server is down, we
will notify your data center and request a reboot in 15
minutes or less!
The
majority of tickets are resolved in less than a few
hours, however we can only officially guarantee each of
your technical support requests will be responded to
within 1-6 hours, and resolved within 6-24 hours.
All client
information including but not limited to their contact
information, login information and server data, is all
kept secure and confidential within our company as
outlined in our (Privacy
Policy).
